The agro-tourism cluster project "By the ways of the Trypilian Foremother" is a promising project that we are launching in the territories of Cherkasy, Vinnytsia and Kirovohrad regions, Moldova and Romania, with the gradual involvement of other territories based on the Trypillan theme. Agro-tourism cluster is an innovative project that should combine agro-technical resources, companies and farms, transport and financial organisations, enterprises, tourism and logistics companies, local authorities, public organisations and others. Why "the Trypilian Foremother" and why this territory? Trypillia and the Cucuteni culture are defined as the first culture and proto-cities in Europe. Just imagine: right here, even more than 6,000 years ago, there were already proto-cities on an area of 350 hectares, in which more than 15,000 people lived. At that time, there was nothing like it, neither in Babylon, nor in China, nor in Mesopotamia. These were unique settlements, as there were equal rights for everyone, democracy and equality reigned here. The advantage of the cluster model for the development of entrepreneurship and territorial communities is that the cluster allows for effective interaction between related organisations, their partners and local authorities. Assistance to communities in the preparation of tourist locations and routes, high-quality promotional materials, training of a team of specialists and experts in the development of territories is planned. Economic directions of cluster work:

• production of agricultural products;
• breeding of large and small livestock;
• processing of products, creation of a large number of craft products;
• revival of old villages - green estates;
• aquaculture;
• pottery, weaving, carpentry, etc.

 The project of the agro-tourism cluster "By the ways of the Trypilian Foremother" corresponds to certain signs that will help to move the situation with the development of MSMEs and the involvement of IDPs in cooperation in this region:

• The project gives everyone a systematic vision of the direction of the region's development;
• Allows to change or develop more specifically the Strategy for the development of communities in the region;
• Provides a vision for large community businesses to diversify or complement the main direction of development;
• Provides an opportunity for the opening of a large number of micro and small enterprises in the project communities;
•   Provides additional opportunities for the realisation of youth, as well as to attract specific knowledge of those IDPs who came to communities from those regions where such a specification of the region was inherent.

After the war, people from all over the world will come here to understand the phenomenon of Ukraine. To understand at the expense of what the Ukrainians endured in the cruel and unequal struggle against the Russians. That is why the project has an international context: the Yampil and Studena communities of the Vinnytsia region, which border Moldova and Transnistria, are involved in the main communities of the project, where the events will take place and where the proto-cities of Trypilians in the Cherkasy region were. This strengthens the project in the potential development of development of international tourism and cultural international projects based on the culture of the Cucuteni-Trypillia in the EU (via Moldova). We have already taken fundamental steps - RDA TATC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Public Association "Center for Management and Reform of Public and Private Enterprises" (GRAPP Moldova Center) and with the Northern Regional Development Agency of the Republic of Moldova. And with the construction of the bridge in Yampil, a Unique Trade Offer is being created for Moldova and Romania, as well as for the entire European Union. No less important is the fact that 2 communities have already signed the Memorandum on the creation of the Association and the management company of the "By the ways of the Trypilian Foremother" cluster. Агротуристичний кластер «Шляхами Трипільської праматері» - перспективний проєкт, який ми започатковуємо на територіях Черкащини, Вінниччини та Кіровоградщини, Молдови та Румунії, з поступовим залученням інших територій на основі теми Трипілля. Агротуристичний кластер - інноваційний проєкт, який має поєднати в собі агротехнічні ресурси, компанії та фермерські господарства, транспортні і фінансові організації, підприємства, туристичні та логістичні компанії, органи місцевої влади, громадські організації та інше. Чому «Трипільська Праматір» і чому ця територія? Трипілля і культура Кукутень визначаються як перша культура і протоміста у Європі. Ви тільки уявіть: саме тут, ще більше 6000 років тому уже були протоміста на площі 350 гектарів, в яких жили більше 15 000 людей. На той час нічого подібного не було, ні в Вавилоні, ні в Китаї, ні в Межиріччі. Це були унікальні поселення, так як тут були рівні права для всіх, тут панувала демократія та рівноправність. Перевагою кластерної моделі розвитку підприємництва та територіальних громад є те, що кластер дозволяє створити ефективну взаємодію між спорідненими організаціями, їх партнерами і органами місцевої влади. Планується допомога громадам у підготовці туристичних локацій та маршрутів, якісні промоційні матеріали, підготовка команди спеціалістів та експертів у розвитку територій. Економічні напрямки роботи кластера:

• виробництво аграрної продукції;
• вирощування великої та дрібної худоби;
• переробка продукції, створення великої кількості крафтових продуктів;
• відродження старих сіл - зелених садиб;
• аквакультура;
• гончарство, ткацтво, столярні вироби і ін.

 Проект агротуристичного кластера «Шляхами Трипільської Праматері», відповідає певним ознакам, які допоможуть зрушити ситуацію з розвитком ММСП and the залученням ВПО  до співпраці в даному регіоні:

• Проєкт дає усім бажаючим системне бачення напрямку  розвитку  регіону;
• Дозволяє змінювати або розробляти більш конкретно Стратегії розвитку громад регіону;
• Надає бачення великому бізнесу громад для диверсифікації або доповнення основного напрямку розвитку;
• Дає можливість для відкриття великої кількості мікро та малих підприємств в громадах проекту;
• Надає додаткові можливості для реалізації молоді, а також залучити специфічні знання тих ВПО, які приїхали в громади з тих регіонів, де така специфікація регіону була притаманна.

Після війни сюди приїдуть з усього світу, щоби зрозуміти феномен України. Зрозуміти за рахунок чого вистояли українці у жорстокій та нерівній боротьбі проти росіян. Саме тому проєкт має міжнародний контекст: до основних громад проєкту, де будуть проходити заходи і де були протоміста трипільців у Черкаській області, залучені Ямпільська та Студенянська громади Вінницької області, які є прикордонними з Молдовою and the Придністров’ям. Це посилює проєкт у потенційному розвитку по розбудові міжнародного туризму та культурних міжнародних проєктах на основі культури Трипілля-Кукутень у ЄС (через Молдову).  Ми вже зробили фундаментальні кроки - АРР ТОТГ  підписали Меморандум про співпрацю з Громадським об’єднанням "Центр Управління і Реформ Публічних і Приватних Підприємств" (Центр GRAPP Молдова) та з Північним регіональним агентством розвитку Республіки Молдова. А з побудовою моста в Ямполі, створюється Унікальна Торгова Пропозиція для Молдови та Румунії, а також для всього Євросоюзу.
